Asset-light ITAD / reverse-logistics orchestrators
Sells ITAD and reverse-logistics outcomes, chain-of-custody assurance and reporting to enterprise clients while subcontracting all physical processing to a vendor network. The client buys a programme, a single point of accountability and a data trail; the company owns no processing facility.

- Qualifying activities
- contracting with generators for disposition outcomes; selecting, onboarding and managing processing vendors; orchestrating collection, sanitization and disposition across a network; consolidated reporting, settlement and compliance evidence to the client.
- Does not qualify alone
- advising on vendor selection without holding the contract, which is E09; brokering individual equipment sales, which is E04; operating facilities, which is C01.
- Boundary vs C01
- identical marketing, opposite asset base. The owned-facility question decides it.
- Boundary vs E09
- E05 carries delivery risk under contract; E09 does not.
- B2B scope
- business-to-business only. Activity sold to individual consumers or households never supports this role; a company serving both is admitted on its business-facing evidence alone, with the consumer channel recorded as an attribute of the company, never as grounds for a role.
